We were there for about 26 hours and we have only seen less than 5 other guests. So the best part of this stay: We had all the pools to ourselves in an almost empty resort. This is a place that you only want to visit for the day if you want to experience the hot springs. Judging by the very poor service offered by the terrible reception, no wonder the whole place was run down and empty. What a wonderful surprise, it's like your own little sanctuary, hot springs pools everywhere, wading pools all over the place even a fish pool that fix your feet (if your not too tickleliss) and so quiet in a manicured jungle with woven paths throughout. Just a treat if you want quiet. The resturant is smaller but food is "ok" not great. The rooms are the next surprise, big, 10-12 foot ceilings, large sleeping/sitting area, bathroom I could throw a party in, it was that big and then open the back door to your own private tubs, cool and hot, surrounded by 7-8 ft concrete wall, pampered at $150.
